We offer competitive commission splits, cloud-based listings database accessible from your desktop and mobile devices, access to OLR and several other online tools, low cost Craigslist ads with synditcation, excellent marketing materials for listing presentations, prospecting, and online advertising. Area New York currently has offices in Manhattan and Queens with more to come.



At Area New York we offer our agents corporate style training in a boutique style atmosphere. As a privately owned boutique firm we offer our agents direct access to our management and top producing agents. We believe training is the most important service a Real Estate brokerage firm can offer its agents. Our new agent training program is designed to give agents the tools required to start earning commissions immediately upon completion.

In House Training: Area New York offers all agents a 1-Week New Agent Training Course. This training focuses on Rentals and how to get started without exclusive listings. With a mix of both classroom and field training, new agents can expect to learn the ins and outs of NYC Real Estate.

Weekly Training Workshops: Area New York offers weekly training workshops for new and experienced agents alike. Workshops are held twice per week in small interactive groups. Workshop topics include; Phone Skills, Time Management, Advertising, Closing the Deal, Appointment Prep, Email Newsletter, Advanced Sales Training, Roleplaying, Creating Referrals, FRBO/FSBO, Pitching Exclusives and Social Media.
